WHAT IS YOUR POLICY REGARDING COVID-19 AND RESCHEDULING OUR EVENT?
In the Wedding and Events Industry, we're used to dynamic scenarios. It's part of the reason we love it.
Being able to accomplish seemingly impossible tasks without even needing to bother you, on the most amazing day of your life.
However, some things are out of our control. Like COVID-19 and the lockdown restrictions that come with it.
Hopefully we don't have to deal with it for too much longer, but in the meantime, we will push on.
So if your Wedding or Event can't go ahead because of restrictions or lockdowns we'll reschedule with you. We'll work with you to make sure it goes ahead. You booked with us because we're aiming to be the best. We won't let you down.
If we do not have availability on the date you want to reschedule to, we'll try our best to substitute your Tent to a similar item.
WHY HAVE MY EVENT IN A MARQUEE/TENT?
Not only are they beautiful, but they are so flexible!
YOU don’t have to cut down your guest list to fit into a venue. The marquee can be as big as you need it to be.
YOU get to design it from scratch – exactly how you want it to look.
YOU get to choose your menus and the style of catering you want: cocktail style, alternate drop, share platters, buffet, food trucks (or a bit of everything!)
YOU get to choose and provide the drinks you want to serve.
YOU get to start and finish at the times you want. If you don’t have close neighbours you may be able to party well into the night!
WHAT SIZE MARQUEE/TENT DO I NEED?
Our Event Specialists can help you work out the best type/style/size of tent for your event.
As a general rule we'd recommend:
Approximately 1.5 – 2 square metres per person for a seated event
Approximately 0.8 – 1 square metre per person for a cocktail event
This figure is a guideline only. You may need a larger marquee if you need space for:
A separate bridal table
Buffet or grazing tables
Inside lounge area
HOW MUCH DOES A MARQUEE/TENT COST?
Great Question! Our fully finished packages start at $1500.
Costs can vary depending on location, the tent type/size, number of guests, style of furnishings.
